šŸŒ€A Note App for a Chaotic Mind: Building a Tool That Works with ADHD, Not Against It

Some people can sit down for two hours, write a thoughtful essay, organize it neatly into folders, tag it in Notion or Obsidian, and walk away feeling productive.

I am not one of those people. On a good day, I can focus for ten minutes at a time.

And for the longest time, I thought I was just doing ā€œproductivityā€ wrong.

Here’s what usually happens when I try to take notes:

āœļø I start writing something — then get distracted by a random ideašŸ” I highlight something in a book — then Google the reference — then Google the reference’s referencešŸ—‚ļø I finally finish a note — then toss it into a folder called ā€œReview Laterā€ (spoiler: I never do)

I wasn’t learning.I was performing a version of learning I thought looked legit.

So I stopped pretending to be the kind of person who loves organizing.

And I started building a note-taking tool for the kind of person I really am:A curious, distractible, sometimes-overwhelmed learner who wants to understand more, not sort more.

We called it Linko.

It’s made for people like me — and maybe, people like you too.

What does Linko do?

🧠 Understands what you wrote

You don’t need to tag manually or build folder structures. Linko uses AI to recognize what your note is about and organize it for you. Hierarchy, tags, topics — it’s all automatic.

šŸŽ„ Summarizes the long stuff

Didn’t finish that 50-min video? Or that 8,000-word article?Linko summarizes them into quick, digestible points. You can come back and review them when your brain is ready, not just when your calendar says so.

🧪 Brings your notes back to life

Linko turns your old notes into mini quizzes and thoughtful prompts. It’s like talking to a version of yourself who remembers everything you cared about — and knows exactly how to nudge you.

I didn’t want to build a system I’d have to maintain with perfect discipline.I wanted a tool that understands I don’t have any.

Linko doesn’t care if your notes are messy or incomplete. It’s here to help you learn a little, capture a little, and keep going.

No pressure. No shame. Just quiet, sustainable growth.

For me, Linko isn’t just a note-taking app. It’s the ultimate ADHD buff that doesn’t expect me to be someone I’m not.

If you’re also a passionate learner with a messy mind, I’d love for you to try it.

We’re in beta. Everything is free right now.All I ask is that you tell us what’s working, what’s not, and what you need more of.

šŸ’Œ Comment or DM me for an invite.

Linko’s still growing.Maybe it can grow with you too.
